Named by Morrison P. Bridgland in 1915. Alderson, Lt. Gen. E.A.H. (Lt. Gen. Alderson was the Commander of the Canadian Expeditionary Force in France (1915-1916). He was later appointed Inspector General of all the Canadian Forces.) WW I Official name. Other names Mount Bertha

Scrambling Routes
Mount Alderson is the other popular peak-bagger's objective on the Carthew-Alderson trail, Mount Carthew being the first.
