Naiset Point

Located southeast of Lake Magog; Naiset Point is the north arete of Mount Terrapin. Park, Major headwater Kootenay River.

Named by Interprovincial Boundary Survey in 1913. "Naiset" is said to be the Indian word for "sunset." Official name.

Naiset Point is not really a separate peak, rather it is the end of a high ridge extending to the north from Terrapin Mountain.
