Rostrum Peak

Located north of Valenciennes River and west of Icefall Brook; part of the Bush Mountain massif. Park, Major headwater Saskatchewan River.

Named in 1918. Presumably the mountain resembles a rostrum or lecturn. Official name.

First ascended in 1936 by W.N.M. Hogg, guided by Christian Hasler jr.. Journal reference CAJ 24-43.
